Stay Connected is a remote health monitoring solution designed to monitor for symptoms of COVID-19. Pre-synchronized devices are used to check for any change of condition in body temperature, blood pressure and blood Oxygen levels. Readings are automatically uploaded to a dashboard via Bluetooth connectivity and reviewed by a team of nurses who then notify the appropriate contacts if needed. Stay Connected helps users identify the symptoms of COVID-19 before they even leave the house, reducing the risk of infection in others.
